摘  要:针对现有的厨师机使用减速传动机构实现力矩的传递存在体积大,效率低,有噪音,维护复杂等缺陷,本文设计一款新型的永磁游标电机直接去驱动厨师机的执行机构。该游标电机为8/36/28配合,即定子绕组8极对,调磁极数36,转子磁钢极对数28,采用多齿分裂极集中绕组结构。基于Ansys有限元软件对其空载电磁特性和负载电磁特性进行仿真分析,研究结果表明,所设计的游标电机可以达到所期望的性能要求,对样机制作具有指导意义。Aiming at the drawbacks of the existing stand mixer’s use of a reduction gear transmission to achieve torque transmission,such as large volume,low efficiency,noise,complex maintenance and so on,this paper designed a new permanent magnet vernier motor to directly drive the executive mechanism of the stand mixer.The vernier motor is 8/36/28 matched,that is,8-pole pairs of stator windings,the number of pole adjustment is 36,and the number of rotor pole pairs is 28,and a multi-tooth split pole concentrated winding structure.Based on the Ansys finite element software,the no-load electromagnetic characteristics and load electromagnetic characteristics were simulated and analyzed.The research results show that the designed vernier motor can meet the expected performance requirements,and it has guiding significance for prototype production.
