采种时间对国槐种子生理代谢的影响

摘　　要：为确定国槐种子适宜的采收期,研究了8个采种时间对国槐种子生理代谢的影响。结果表明:可溶性糖质量分数在10月20日-12月19日处于稳定状态,之后开始显著下降;淀粉质量分数先上升,11月29日达到最大值,之后开始下降;可溶性蛋白质量分数呈现先上升后下降,最终趋于稳定的趋势,在11月9日达到最大值;粗脂肪质量分数在10月20日-12月19日基本保持不变,随后开始显著下降。综合考虑采种时间对国槐种子生理代谢的影响,最适合国槐的采种时间为11月下旬-12月中旬。In order to determine the appropriate collection period for Sophora japonica seeds,the effect of eight seed collection period on physiological metabolism of Sophora japonica seeds was studied.Result shows that:The content of soluble sugar is stable from October 20 to December 19,and then begin to decline significantly;the starch mass fraction first increase,and reach the maximum on November 29,and then begin to decrease;the soluble protein mass fraction first increase,then decrease,and finally stabilized,and reach the maximum on November 9;the crude fat mass fraction remained basically unchang from October 20 to December 19,and then begin to decline significantly.Considering the effect of seed collection period on the physiological metabolism of Sophora japonica seeds,the most suitable seed collection period is from late-November to mid-December.
