摘  要:目的对郑州市一起皮肤炭疽疫情相关病例标本进行实验室检测分析,为皮肤炭疽的实验室诊断和疫情防控提供参考依据。方法用常规培养的方法对患者的皮损渗出液标本和痰标本进行分离培养鉴定;对患者的血清标本进行ELISA检测;用荧光定量PCR方法对患者的皮损渗出液标本、血浆标本和痰标本进行rpoB基因、pagA基因和capC基因检测。结果ELISA检测结果显示,患者A的双份血清抗体滴度呈4倍以上升高,患者B双份血清结果由阴性转为阳性;荧光定量PCR检测结果显示,3名患者皮损渗出液标本的rpoB基因、pagA基因和capC基因检测结果均为阳性。结论实验室诊断结果证实此次事件是由炭疽杆菌引起的皮肤炭疽疫情。Objective To carry on the laboratory examination and analysis to the skin anthrax epidemic situation related case specimen in Zhengzhou city,to provide the reference basis for the skin anthrax laboratory diagnosis and the epidemic situation prevention and control.Methods The skin exudate and sputum specimens of patients were cultured and identified by conventional culture method.The serum of patients were tested by ELISA.The rpoB gene,pagA gene and capC gene of the skin exudate,plasma and sputum samples were detected by real-time quantitative PCR.Results ELISA results showed that the antibody in patient A was more than 4 times higher than the former test and the antibody in patient B was changed from negative to positive.The detection of rpoB,pagA and capC genes of bacillus anthracis were positive in the skin exudate samples from three patients.Conclusion The laboratory results confirmed that this incident was a cutaneous anthraxoutbreak which caused by bacillus anthracis.
