摘 要:水稻中有900多个PR基因,其中OsPR1A属于类丝氨酸羧肽酶家族,被广泛作为抗性反应的标志物。本试验对水稻幼苗进行冷、热、旱、淹、盐以及不同光照处理,提取全蛋白质并进行免疫印迹(Western blot,WB)分析,发现在不同逆境中OsPR1A的表达量呈现不同变化趋势,尤其对光照的响应明显,全光照下OsPR1A表达量逐步上升,昼夜交替的光照情况下OsPR1A的表达量保持稳定,全黑暗环境中表达逐渐下降,离体叶片中OsPR1A的表达与活体类似。初步证实,光有可能通过OsPR1A参与调节水稻的防卫反应,使水稻在生长发育和抗性反应过程中达到平衡,从而适应各种环境变化。There are more than 900 PR genes in rice.OsPR1A belongs to serine-like carboxypeptidase family and is widely used as a marker of resistance response.The expressions of OsPR1A in rice seedlings treated with cold,heat,drought,flood,salt and different light conditions were analyzed by Western blot.The results showed that the expression of OsPR1A varied under different stresses,especially in response to light.The expression of OsPR1A increased gradually in full light,and kept stable in half light and half dark,while decreased significantly in full dark.The results were similar in vitro.It has been preliminarily confirmed that light can regulate the defense response of rice.It is possible for rice to reach a balance through a series of regulatory mechanisms in the process of growth and development and defense response,so as to adapt to various environmental changes.
