摘 要:为解决再生骨料混凝土实际抗压强度的无损检测技术问题,将再生混凝土骨料作为取代材料,取代50%天然碎石骨料进行再生混凝土试验研究,分析再生混凝土回弹值、超声声速与抗压强度值之间的相关关系,并建立再生混凝土的回弹法测强回归曲线和超声回弹综合法测强回归曲线。试验研究表明:当再生混凝土骨料取代50%天然碎石骨料时,再生混凝土的回弹值、超声声速和抗压强度之间存在紧密关系,随着龄期的增长均呈现增长趋势,C40、C452种强度等级的再生混凝土对应的回弹值、超声声速和抗压强度值分别增长了20%、20%,5%、6%和32%、37%,增长幅度不同;应用全国普通混凝土(碎石)统一测强曲线对再生混凝土实际抗压强度进行预测,结果误差较大,不满足规范要求;建立的再生混凝土测强回归曲线适用于强度等级为C40和C45的再生混凝土(再生混凝土骨料),满足规范要求,其中超声回弹综合法所建立的测强回归曲线精度较高。In order to solve the technical problem of non-destructive testing on the actual compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete,the recycled aggregate concrete with 50%substitution rate was used to conduct the experimental study.According to the correlation between rebound value,ultrasonic sound velocity and compressive strength,the strength regression curves of the regenerated concrete based on rebound method and the ultrasonicrebound method were established.It shows that the rebound value,ultrasonic sound velocity and compressive strength have strong ties to each other in recycled aggregate concrete with 50%substitution rate.With the growth of concrete ages,the rebound value,ultrasonic velocity and compressive strength of the C40 and C45 recycled aggregate concrete increase 20%,20%,5%,and 6%,32%,37%,respectively.The actual compressive strength established by the unified strength curves are unsuitable because of the great result error,while the strength regression curves established above is applicable to C40 and C45 recycled aggregate concrete.In addition,the accuracy of the strength regression curve is especially high.
