摘 要:为了解马尾松二代种子园20个无性系的差异,对其生长性状和种实性状进行方差分析、多重比较、相关分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明,20个无性系间的地径、株高、行间冠幅、株间冠幅、单株果数、单株果质量、球果横径、球果纵径、果形指数、种子总质量、优质种质量、千粒重等指标均存在显著差异;无性系间的生长性状和种实性状存在一定程度的变异,其中单株果质量的变异系数最大(79.12%),球果横径的变异系数最低(8.05%);单株果质量与种子总质量、优质种质量存在极显著正相关关系,地径与株高、行间冠幅、株间冠幅、果形指数等密切相关,各性状均与千粒重无关。聚类分析结果表明,58号无性系在不同条件下均单独聚为一类,其在生长性状和种实性状上均表现较优,可作为后续育种的繁殖材料。In order to understand the differences among 20 clones in the second-generation seed orchard of Pinus massoniana,the growth characters and seed characters were compared by variance analysis,multiple comparison,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences among 20 clones in indexes such as ground diameter,tree height,inter-row crown width,inter-plant crown width,fruit number per plant,fruit weight per plant,cone transverse diameter,cone longitudinal diameter,fruit shape,total seed weight,high quality seed weight,and thousand-grain weight.There was a certain degree of variation in growth traits and seed characters among clones,among which the coefficient of variation of fruit weight per plant was the highest(79.12%),and the transverse diameter was the lowest(8.05%).Significant positive correlationwas found between fruit weight per plant and total seed weight per plant and high quality total weight.Close correlation was found between ground diameter and tree height,inter-row crown width,inter-plant crown width and fruit shape index,but no relations were observed between each character and thousand-grain weight;The results of cluster analysis showed that the 58th clone could be grouped into one group under different conditions because of its better performance in growth traits and seed characters shapes.Therefore,we suggested that the 58th clone be used as materials for further breeding.
