农民专业合作社联合社发展动力与障碍的经济学分析

摘　　要：农民专业合作社联合社作为一种新型农业经营主体在近年来得到了初步发展。在联合社发展的初期阶段,一个亟待解决的重要问题就是弄清联合社发生发展的内在动力与障碍因素,为更多具有针对性的相关促进政策供给指明方向。依据对43家样本合作社的实地访谈数据,运用边际分析法和家庭生产函数分析了单个农民专业合作社的边际收益及其生产边界,并从制度经济学视角分析了联合社发展面临的正式制度与非正式制度障碍。结果表明,单个农民专业合作社面临着扩张的需求与扩张空间有限的矛盾,正是这一矛盾才决定了农民专业合作社的扩张就必须要突破生产边界的制约,走联合发展之路。另一方面,由于正式制度供给不足与非正式制度的惯性,合作社之间的联合困难很大。In recent years,as a new type of agricultural operation entity,the farmers’Professional Cooperative Association has been preliminarily developed.In the early stage of the development,an urgent problem to be solved is to find out the internal driving force and obstacle factors of the development of the Cooperative Association,so as to point out the direction for more targeted relevant policies.Based on the field interview data of 43 sample cooperatives,this paper uses the marginal analysis method and family production function to analyze the marginal income and production boundary of a single farmers’specialized cooperative,and analyzes the formal and informal institutional obstacles faced by the specialized cooperative in the farmers’specialized development from the perspective of institutional economics.The results show that a single farmers’specialized cooperative is facing the contradiction between the expansion demand and the limited expansion space.It is this contradiction that determines that the expansion of farmers’specialized cooperative must break through the constraints of the production boundary and take the road of joint development.On the other hand,due to the lack of formal system supply and the inertia of informal system,it is very difficult for cooperatives to unite.
