棉花全要素生产率影响因素的国际比较分析

摘　　要：基于世界三大产棉国(中国、美国、印度)26个棉区1998—2017年的面板数据,采用可行广义最小二乘法(FGLS)对棉花全要素生产率的影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明,就三大产棉国整体而言,生产要素投入水平、农业财政支出对棉花全要素生产率具有抑制效应;技术水平、农作物产值结构对棉花全要素生产率具有显著的促进作用;气温能促进棉花全要素生产率增长,降水量与全要素生产率之间呈倒U型关系。但对中国而言,技术水平、农作物产值结构对棉花全要素生产率的影响并不显著。据此,提出提高棉花生产集约化水平、完善棉花补贴政策、加快机采棉关键技术集成与示范推广等建议。This paper uses the feasible generalized least squares method(FGLS)to carry out an empirical study on the influencing factors of cotton total factor productivity(TFP),based on the panel data of 26 cotton producing regions in the world’s three major cotton producing countries(China,the United States and India)from 1998 to 2017.The results show that:as a whole,the input level of production factors and the government’s agricultural financial expenditure have inhibitory effects on cotton TFP in the three major cotton-producing countries;the technical level and the output structure of crops have significant promoting effects on cotton TFP;the temperature can promote the growth of cotton TFP,and the relationship between precipitation and TFP is inverted U-shaped.However,for China,the influence of the technical level and the output value structure of crops is not significant.Based on the above results,some suggestions are put forward,such as improving the intensive level of cotton production,perfecting the cotton subsidy policy,and speeding up the integration,demonstration and popularization of key technologies for mechanical cotton picking.
