摘 要:新加坡地铁C715项目盾构隧道工程始发竖井空间狭小,采用常规分体始发工艺存在掘进效率低、管线消耗量大、设备运行效果差等工程难题。通过改造8号后配套台车、出渣设备及管片转运小车,重组地面后配套台车,增设PLC中继柜,提出一种在长度仅22 m竖井中的盾构分体始发施工技术,可节约大量电缆管线,有效提高掘进效率,顺利完成管片转运及拼装,并解决长距离连接管线造成油脂堵管及线路信号传输不稳定等问题,实现更加安全、高效、经济的盾构分体始发。Due to the narrow space of the launching shaft for shield tunnel of Singapore Metro C715 Project,the conventional separate launching technology has many engineering problems such as low efficiency of driving,large consumption of pipeline and poor operation effect of equipment.As a result,the key construction technology of shield separate launching in a shaft with a length of only 22 m is proposed by renovating the No.8 backup trolley,mucking equipment and segment transfer trolley,reorganizing the backup trolley on ground,and adding PLC relay cabinet,which can save a large number of cables and pipelines,effectively improve the tunneling efficiency,successfully complete segment transfer and assembly,and solve the problems of grease plugging caused by long-distance connecting pipelines and unstable signal transmission of line.Thus safer and more efficient and economical shield separate launching method can be achieved.
