摘  要:为实现TBM换刀机器人对刀具系统的快速拆卸,提出一种基于机器操作的TBM一体化刀具系统。针对其应用场景及对象,提出6项性能评价指标,并进行分析。最后按照1∶4的缩尺比例对传统刀具系统及一体式刀具系统进行振动紧固性试验。试验结果显示:经过20 h加速度为3g、振动频率为30 Hz的振动试验后,传统刀具残余预紧力百分比下降幅度是一体化刀具系统的2.31倍,一体式刀具系统的防松性能优于传统刀具系统,所提出的新型一体式刀具系统能够满足TBM换刀机器人的要求。In order to realize rapid disassembly of TBM cutter system by robot,a TBM integrated cutter system based on robot operation is proposed.According to the applicable scenarios and objects of the integrated cutter system,six performance evaluation indices are proposed and analyzed.According to the scale of 1∶4,the vibration tightening experiment is carried out on traditional cutter system and integrated cutter system.The experimental results show that the percentage of residual preload of traditional cutter decreases 2.31 times as much as that of integrated cutter system after 20 h vibration experiment with acceleration of 3 g and vibration frequency of 30 Hz,which indicates that the anti-loose performance of integrated cutter system is better than that of the traditional one,and the new integrated cutter system recommended can meet the TBM requirement of cutter replacement by robot.
