摘　　要：为了对军用机场水泥混凝土道面进行预防性养护评价,结合水泥混凝土道面的特点和实际养护需求,构建军用机场水泥混凝土道面预防性养护评价指标体系。分析公路、民航等领域路(道)面性能评价及预防性养护评价的相关研究成果,剖析现行军用机场水泥混凝土道面评价指标体系存在问题;经过原则设计和方法比选,采取目标层次分解-多元统计综合法,设计了指标体系初建、分析及筛选、建立的技术路线。采取定性分析与定量计算结合的方法,对道面结构性能、抗滑性能、损坏状况、平整度及排水性能等进行筛选;分析道面病害演化规律,得到道面损坏状况的主导病害单项指标;从目标、准则、指标3个方面进行层次分析,从判断性、控制性、综合性3个方面进行维度分析,从网络级、项目级、单元级3个方面进行级别分析,建立军用机场水泥混凝土预防性养护评价指标体系;提出采用评价指标体系制定网络级机场道面预防性养护排序方案、项目级道面区域预防性养护时机与对策一体化决策方案、单元级道面板块预防性养护具体处治方案的工作流程。In order to evaluate the preventive maintenance of military airport cement concrete pavement,an evaluation index system of preventive maintenance was constructed based on the characteristics of cement concrete pavement and the actual maintenance requirements.The research results of pavement performance and preventive maintenance in highway,civil aviation and other fields were evaluated,and the problems remaining in the current evaluation index system of cement concreate pavement for military airports were analyzed.Through the principle design and method comparison,the technical route of the initial construction,analysis,screening and establishment of the index system was designed by the method of objective hierarchical decomposition and multivariate statistical synthesis.By means of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,the indices of pavement structural performance,anti-slide performance,damage condition,roughness and drainage performance were selected.The evolution law of pavement distresses was analyzed and the leading single distress index of pavement damage was obtained.From three aspects of the goals,principles and indices,as well as from the three aspects of judge,control,and comprehensiveness,the cement concrete evaluation index system of preventive maintenance for military airports was analyzed and established into the network level,project level,and segment level.This paper put forward the working process of making the preventive maintenance sequence scheme of network level airport pavement,the integrated decision-making plan of the preventive maintenance opportunities and countermeasures for project level pavement areas,and the specific treatment plan of the segment level concrete slabs.
