摘　　要：挖掘影响物流集群的隐性因素,分析其潜在关系特征,对于准确厘清现代物流集群作用机制,降低集群决策风险具有重要意义。以社会网络分析(SNA)与计划行为理论(TPB)为基础,设计潜变量与观测变量,研究物流集群的他属性关系与内外因结构,应用结构方程模型,对343份湖南省物流集群企业问卷数据运用SPSS、AMOS进行分析,探究物流集群作用路径与关联机制。研究发现:社会网络规模与强度正向作用于物流集群,社会外部力量与网络主体对物流企业的集群决策影响大;企业主观规范影响物流集群,而其态度导向、行为控制作用效果不明显,物流集群依赖于企业对未来效益的判断而非主观喜好;企业集群意向对集群行为作用显著,物流集群后的经营问题更受企业关注。最后,提出了加强物流集群企业决策引导、营造集群良好经营环境与加大集群宣传推广等相关建议。Searching for the recessive factors of logistics clusters and analyzing the potential characteristics are very important to clarify the functional mechanism and reduce the risk of decision-making of modern logistics clusters.Based on the social network analysis(SNA)and the theory of planned behavior(TPB),the potential variables and observed variables were designed to study the other properties and the internal and external structures of logistics clusters.By using the structural equation model,SPSS®and AMOS®,343 questionnaires of logistics clusters enterprises in Hunan Province were analyzed to explore the functional route and correlated mechanism of logistics clusters.The results show that the scale and intensity of social network have positive effects on the logistics clusters,and the external social forces and network subjects have great influence on the decision-making of the logistics clusters.The subjective norms of the enterprises affect the logistics clusters,but the effect of attitude orientation and behavior control is not obvious.The logistics clusters depend on the judgment of the future benefits of the enterprises rather than the subjective preferences.The intention of enterprise cluster has a significant effect on the cluster behavior,and the operation problems after logistics clusters are more concerned by enterprises.Finally,some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening guidance,creating a good business environment and increasing logistics clusters publicity and promotion.
