日间手术闭环模式实践

摘　　要：目的:探讨日间手术运行模式,为医院医疗质量安全建设提供参考依据。方法:2017年本院日间手术患者采用闭环管理模式,收集患者平均住院日、患者满意度、药品平均费用、耗材平均费用等数据,并与本院2016年日间手术病房传统管理模式进行比较。结果:2017年本院日间手术病房共收治患者1706例,患者平均住院日为1.5 d,术后无并发症及再次入院发生,患者及家属满意度90.2%。日间手术闭环管理模式与传统模式比较,患者住院时间差异具有统计学意义(t=20.2497,P<0.001);患者药品平均费用及耗材平均费用均比普通病区住院患者低。结论:日间手术患者使用闭环管理模式,可以减少住院时间,降低医疗费用及术后并发症,提高患者满意度,安全性好。Objective:To discuss the operation mode of day surgery to provide reference for the construction of hospital medical quality and safety.Methods:In 2017,the closed-loop operation mode of daytime operation was collected,and the data such as average inpatient days,patient satisfaction,average cost of drugs,and average cost of consumables were collected,and compared with the traditional operation mode of daytime ward in 2016.Results:During this period,1706 patients were admitted.The average length of stay was 1.5 d.There were no complications and readmission.The satisfaction of patients and their families was 90.2%.Compared with the traditional closed-loop operation mode,the difference in the length of stay was statistically significant(t=20.2497,P<0.001).The average cost of drugs and consumables of patients in the closed-loop operation mode of daytime operation was lower than that of patients in general ward.Conclusion:The closed-loop operation mode can reduce hospital stay,medical expenses and postoperative complications,improve patient satisfaction and safety.
