摘　　要：砂陶是贵州民间陶瓷很重要的一个品种,制作原料为煤砂和粘土,其烧成采用平地扣烧和渗碳,承袭并保留了原始制陶工艺,为研究原始制陶提供了现实参考。笔者根据当下贵州织金砂陶生产中使用的泥料、成形方式、釉料、烧成方法等方面的信息,对其造型、制作、烧成等进行分析,并与原始陶器工艺进行比较,发现织金砂陶的泥料、成形方法与新石器时期的制陶工艺有直接关联,其平地扣烧的烧成方式为研究陶器烧制由无窑到有窑的过渡发展提供了有意义的参考。Zhijin folk sandy pottery is a category of Guizhou folk pottery which is unique among the folk for the plain modelling,glaze and firing.It not only full of regional culture,but also inherited the original craft up to the present.Through that the article analyzed the modelling,decoration and craftsmanship of the pottery and compared with the original pottery craft,we can know that the sandy pottery retains some the technological characteristics of primitive pottery.The kilns while firing the sandy pottery has reference values for the study the kilns development history develop from nothing ceramics technology.
