摘 要:在模拟压水堆一回路水条件下,用静态高压釜对锆-4合金进行了8000 h的均匀腐蚀实验,并对氧化膜的厚度进行了测量和计算,对腐蚀增重和均匀腐蚀速率进行了定量评估。结果表明:锆-4合金包壳内外管在模拟压水堆一回路环境下的氧化增重曲线,初始阶段符合立方规律,2500 h后为线性规律。内管在腐蚀时间0~2500 h的氧化增重拟合曲线为y=2.47347 x 1/3;超过2500 h后的拟合曲线为y=9.03343+0.01322 x;外管在腐蚀时间0~2500 h的氧化增重拟合曲线为y=2.47347 x 1/3,超过2500 h后的拟合曲线为y=9.49849+0.01311 x。4.5 a内管氧化膜增厚32.4μm,相当于金属层减薄厚度为20.8μm,远小于锆-4合金内管壁厚的10%。4.5 a外管氧化膜增厚31.5μm,相当于金属层减薄厚度为20.2μm,远小于锆-4合金外管壁厚的10%。考虑到辐照加速腐蚀效应和实际工况,经过4.5 a的模拟反应堆一回路高温高压环境运行,锆-4合金内外包壳管的均匀腐蚀深度均小于包壳名义厚度的10%。The general corrosion behavior of zircaloy-4 alloy in simulated pressurized water reactor(PWR)primary loop was studied using still autoclave,the corrosion test lasted for 8000 hours.The thickness of oxide film was measured and calculated,the mass gain and general corrosion rate were quantitatively evaluated.The results show that the corrosion curves of inside and outside pipes of zircaloy-4 alloy are cubic law at the initial stage,and they are linear after 2500 h.As for inside pipe,the fitting curve is y=2.47347 x 1/3 from 0 h to 2500 h;when the time is over 2500 h,the fitting curve is y=9.03343+0.01322 x.As for outside pipe,the fitting curve is y=2.47347 x 1/3 from 0 h to 2500 h;when the time is over 2500 h,the fitting curve is y=9.49849+0.01311 x.The thickness of inside pipe oxide film is 32.4μm after 4.5 years,equivalent to 20.8μm of metal substrate,which is much less than ten percent of inside pipe wall thickness.The thickness of outside pipe oxide film is 31.5μm after 4.5 years,equivalent to 20.2μm,which is much less than ten percent outside pipe wall thickness.After 4.5 years corrosion test simulated pressurized water reactor primary loop considering the influence of flow velocity and irradiation,the corrosion depth of inside and outside pipe is much less than ten percent of the wall thickness of zircaloy-4 alloy cladding.
