摘　　要：痹证是临床顽病,害人尤甚。皮痹为五体痹之一,中医药对此具有独特优势。李艳主任认为皮痹发病内因在于正气亏虚,外因在于风寒湿邪。病理产物为痰、瘀,早期以痰为主,晚期以瘀为甚。Arthromyodynia is a refractory disease,causing serious damage to human body.Skin numbness diseases belong to the five body constituents arthromyodynia.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantage in the skin numbness diseases.Director Li Yan thinks that the internal cause of skin numbness is lingering pathogen due to deficient vital qi,external cause lies in wind,cold and dampness evil.Pathological products are phlegm and blood stasis,phlegm is the main factor in the early stage and blood stasis is the main factor in the late stage.
