中医综合治疗干眼症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的采用中药口服、药膳、推拿等中医综合疗法治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法利用中药口服、药膳、推拿等手段对32例干眼症患者进行治疗,观察指标包括症状、泪液分泌实验、角膜荧光素钠染色。结果经过治疗的干眼症患者,显效26例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率96.88%。结论中药口服、药膳、推拿等中医综合疗法治疗干眼症疗效好,无副作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect for oral medicine,medicinal food,massage integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of xerophthalmia.Methods Oral medicine,medicinal food,massage were used to deal with xerophthalmia for 32 patients.Indexes including symptoms,tear secretion,corneal fluorescein sodium dyeing experiment were observed.Results After treatment in patients with xerophthalmia,26 cases were markedly improved,5 cases were effective,1 had no effect,and the total effective rate was 96.88%.Conclusion Oral medicine,medicinal food and massage integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of xerophthalmia has good curative effect and no side effects.
