摘　　要：目的探讨自拟痤疮饮联合罗红霉素治疗中重度痤疮的临床治疗效果。方法选取2015年4月—2018年11月在我院治疗的110例中重度痤疮患者,随机分为对照组55例,试验组55例,对照组予以罗红霉素治疗,试验组予以罗红霉素联合自拟痤疮饮共同治疗,对比2组患者治疗效果。结果经不同方法治疗后,试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,皮损积分与DLQI评分显著降低,恢复较好。结论对中重度痤疮患者予以自拟痤疮饮联合罗红霉素治疗能提升治疗疗效,改善患者皮肤情况,提升患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Cuochuang drink combined with roxithromycin in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.Methods 110 patients with moderate to severe acne treated in our hospital from April 2015 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group(55 cases)and experimental group(55 cases).The control group was treated with roxithromycin,while the experimental group was treated with roxithromycin combined with Cuochuang drink.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment with different methods,the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.Skin lesion score and DLQI score were significantly reduced,and the recovery was better.Conclusion Cuochuang drink combined with roxithromycin in the treatment of moderate to severe acne can improve the curative effect,skin condition and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
