壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀疗法治疗气虚血瘀型消渴痹证的护理

摘　　要：目的观察壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀疗法治疗气虚血瘀型消渴痹证的护理效果。方法选择100例气虚血瘀型消渴痹证患者,随机分为对照组50例和治疗组50例,均给予消渴痹证常规治疗及按消渴痹证中医护理方案进行护理,治疗组在对照组基础上增加壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀疗法治疗。对比2组患者1个疗程(14 d)后多伦多临床评分(TCSS)情况及临床疗效。结果2组患者的多伦多临床评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组患者的TCSS各项评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀疗法可以缓解气虚血瘀型消渴痹证患者临床症状,提高治疗效果和患者的生存质量。Objective To observe the nursing effect of lotus needle cupping combined with removing blood stasis therapy in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods Choosing 100 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy,they were randomly divided into control group of 50 cases and treatment group of 50 cases.All patients were given routine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine nursing program of Chinese palsy syndrome.In the treatment group,lotus needle cupping therapy of Zhuang medicine was added to the control group.TCSS scores and clinical efficacy after 1 course(14 days)were compared between the two groups.Results The Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment.The TCSS scores of patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control groufp(P<0.05).Conclusion Lotus needle cupping therapy can relieve the clinical symptoms of qi deficiency and blood stasis diabetic with peripheral neuropathy,improve treatment effectiveness and patients’quality of life.
