交泰丸穴位贴敷联合中医综合护理对高血压患者的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究交泰丸穴位贴敷与中医综合护理干预联合应用对高血压患者的影响。方法选择2016年12月—2019年4月诊治的高血压患者共计88例进行研究。把这些患者随机分成施行穴位贴敷以及中医综合护理的试验组以及穴位贴敷与常规护理方案的对照组,比较不同组患者治疗前后的血压控制水平以及患者对护理操作满意程度的差异。结果治疗完成后,试验组患者血压水平以及满意程度均比对照组更优异,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对高血压患者施行交泰丸穴位贴敷与中医综合护理的干预方案,利于患者血压的控制,可以提升患者的就诊满意度,值得进行积极推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of the application of Jiaotai pill acupoint application and comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with hypertension..Methods A total of 88 patients with hypertension who were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to April 2019 were enrolled in the study.These patients were randomly divided into an experimental group for acupoint application and comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine,and a control group for acupoint application and conventional nursing program.The blood pressure control levels of patients in different groups before and after treatment and the satisfaction degree of patients with nursing operation were compared.Results After treatment,the blood pressure level and satisfaction of the experimental group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention program of Jiaotai pill acupoint sticking and comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with hypertension is beneficial to the control of blood pressure of patients,which can improve the satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of active promotion and application.
