中医综合护理对剖宫产子宫复旧情况及乳汁分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医综合护理于剖宫产产妇中的运用效果。方法选择2017年2月—2019年2月行剖宫产的产妇68例,按随机数字表法将所有患者分为2组,每组各34例,对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施中医综合护理干预,对比2组子宫复旧情况、乳汁分泌情况、泌乳始动时间及产后乳房胀痛程度。结果观察组产后24、48 h宫高分别为(11.28±1.29)cm、(5.54±1.03)cm,均低于对照组的(15.93±2.86)cm、(8.24±1.78)cm;观察组泌乳始动时间为(23.61±4.72)h,短于对照组(37.28±5.19)h;泌乳量中等以上比率为94.12%,高于对照组76.47%;产后乳房胀痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理能够有效改善剖宫产产妇子宫复旧情况,促进乳汁分泌,减轻乳房胀痛感受,利于产妇产后恢复。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on cesarean section.Methods A total of 68 women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled.All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention.On this basis,the observation group implemented TCM comprehensive nursing intervention.The uterine involution,milk secretion,lactation start time and postpartum breast tenderness was compared.Results The uterus heights of the observation group at 24 and 48 hours after birth were(11.28±1.29)cm and(5.54±1.03)cm,which were lower than those of the control group(15.93±2.86)cm and(8.24±1.78)cm.The time of the observation group was(23.61±4.72)h,which was shorter than that of the control group(37.28±5.19)h.The ratio of medium lactation of the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than that of the control group(76.47%).The postpartum breast pain of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the uterine involution of cesarean section,promote milk secretion,reduce breast pain and pain,and facilitate maternal postpartum recovery.
