大数据时代数字城市建设对策研究——以山东省烟台市为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着大数据产业的蓬勃兴起,世界各国均将大数据提升到国家战略高度,我国也积极进行大数据方面的探索和研究,数字城市建设是国家大数据战略的重要组成部分,研究大数据时代数字城市建设方法路径及成功经验,对推动国家大数据战略具有重要现实意义。结合山东省烟台市实际情况,分析在当前大数据产业全面布局的背景下,建设数字城市面临的新形势、新问题以及如何结合自身优势特点进行应对的策略,更好地发挥数字城市建设在推进国家大数据战略方面的示范引领作用,为当地政府及其他地区提供决策参考。In recent years,with the fast development of the big data industry,many countries have lifted big data into national strategy.In China,where big data technology has been actively researched on,and the development of digital city has become an important part of the national big data strategy.It is therefore of great practical significance to study the methods and successful experiences of digital city development in order to promote our national big data strategy.Based on the actual situation of Yantai city Shandong province,this paper analyses the new situation and points out the problems faced with the development of a digital city.Furthermore,it proposes corresponding strategies taking the special advantages and characteristics of Yantai city into consideration,in order to demonstrate the leading role of digital city development in the overall national big data strategy.Hopefully the strategies proposed in the paper can provide reference for the decision-making in the local government and other regions.
