摘　　要：任弼时在党的组织建设实践中,注重从健全党的组织机构、贯彻民主集中制、提高党员发展质量、培养和教育干部等方面加强党的组织建设。任弼时关于党的组织建设理论和实践对加强新时代党的组织建设具有重要的启示和指导作用。In the practice of the Party’s organizational construction,Ren Bishi paid attention to strengthening the party’s organizational construction from the aspects of perfecting the Party’s organizational structure,implementing democratic centralism,improving the quality of the Party members’development,and training and educating cadres.Ren Bishi’s theory and practice on the Party’s organizational construction have played an important enlightening and guiding role in strengthening the Party’s organizational construction in the new era.
