非线性振动下倾斜通道气液两相流动实验研究

摘  要:为了研究非线性振动工况下倾斜通道气液两相流,将振动装置与气液两相流实验回路相结合,通过改变通道倾角及振动参数进行实验研究。由实验得到的流型图表明,非线性振动工况和稳态工况下的气液两相流动形式不同,增大倾角和振动参数会导致流型转换界限发生改变。由实验得到的气液界面分布情况表明,振动频率主要影响相界面波动程度,振动幅度主要影响截面空隙率,倾角主要影响气泡形状及液面波动角度。结果表明,通过对比非线性振动工况下倾斜通道内空隙率的预测值与实验值,稳态下两相流空隙率计算公式同样适用于非线性振动工况。The experiments were carried out to study gas-liquid two-phase flow in an inclined channel under nonlinear vibration by combining vibration device with two-phase flow experimental apparatus.The flow transition boundary diagrams obtained from experiments illustrate that flow characteristics under nonlinear vibration is different from that under steady state.The increase of inclination angles and vibration parameters changed the flow transition boundaries.The distribution of gas-liquid interface obtained in experiments show that vibration frequency mainly affects the fluctuation degree of gas-liquid interface,vibration amplitude affects the void fraction,and the inclination angle of channel affects gas bubble shapes and fluctuation angle of the interface.The comparison of predicted and experimental values of void fraction in the inclined channel under nonlinear vibration indicates that the predicted correlations of void fraction in steady state are also applicable to nonlinear vibration condition.
