摘  要:铜草是一种用于修复铜污染土壤的重金属耐性/富集植物,目前尚未得到有效利用。研究提出了一种以铜草为起始原料,经CO2活化制备载铜活性炭的新思路。在考察活化温度和活化时间对活性炭性能的影响基础上,得到了制备活性炭较佳工艺条件:炭化温度为500℃、炭化时间为2 h、活化温度为600℃、活化时间为3 h,所得铜草基载铜活性炭的BET比表面积达433.0 m^2×g^-1,铜颗粒分散较均匀,对生物质基C═C/C═O键的催化转移氢化具有较好的催化活性。Elsholtzia splendens is a heavy metal accumulatable plant to remediate Cu contaminated land,which has not been used effectively yet.A new idea of preparing Cu-loaded activated carbon by CO2 activation was proposed using Elsholtzia splendens as a starting material.Effects of activation temperature and activation time were investigated,and the optimized conditions were obtained:500℃of carbonization temperature,2 h of carbonization time,600℃of activation temperature and 3 h of activation time.BET surface area of Cu-loaded activated carbon was 433.0 m^2×g^-1,and Cu particles were uniformly dispersed.Cu-loaded activated carbon had good catalytic activity for catalytic transfer hydrogenation of biomass-based C═C/C═O bonds.The study provides a new approach for the utilization of heavy metal accumulated plants.
