摘  要:针对目前回转式空气预热器普遍存在的漏风率高、积灰堵塞、低温腐蚀、磨损严重、差压高、耗能大、换热效果差、排烟温度不好调节等问题,提出了用自适应热管式空气预热器代替回转式空气预热器的改造方案,从理论上和技术上论证了改造方案的可行性,并指出了自适应热管空气预热器实施的技术关键点及其推广应用的前景。Based on the common problems that exist at present in rotary air preheaters,such as high air leakage rate,heavy ash blockage,low-temperature corrosion,severe abrasion,high differential pressure,high energy consumption,poor heat transfer effect and poor regulation of exhaust gas temperature and so on,the transformation scheme of making use of self-adaptive heat-pipe air preheaters to replace rotary air preheaters is proposed.The feasibility of the transformation scheme is demonstrated theoretically and technically.The key technical points to implement self-adaptive heat-pipe air preheaters and the popularization and application prospect of this kind of air preheaters are also pointed out.
