摘  要:热水解是污泥预处理的主要方法。文章进行了不同温度120℃,135℃,150℃,165℃,180℃,195℃,210℃和不同时间30,45,60,75 min的热水解试验,研究了热水解对污泥中固相组成的影响。通过考察污泥TS,VS,SS,VSS等指标的变化,揭示了污泥中固相组成在经过120℃~210℃,30~75 min条件下热水解处理的变化情况。研究结果发现:TS,VS,SS和VSS随着热水解温度上升时间延长,分别从14.90%降低到10.45%,从10.21%降低到6.22%,从14.37%降低到7.25%,从10.21%降低到9.48%。SS和VSS的损失率分别为49.55%和62.18%。说明污泥中固态物质经过热水解作用后主要降解的为有机物,大量VSS在此过程中进入液态,也有少部分变为VDS。热水解对污泥中有机物的分解和溶解有很大的促进作用,导致污泥热水解后体积减少,重量减轻,对污泥的减量化有明显的作用。Thermal hydrolysis experiments were carried out at different temperatures of 120℃,135℃,150℃,165℃,180℃,195℃and 210℃,and different times of 30,45,60 and 75 min.By analyzing the changes of TS,VS,SS,VSS and other indexes of sludge,the changes of solid phase composition in sludge after 120℃~210℃and 30~75 min thermal hydrolysis treatment were revealed.The results showed that TS,VS,SS and VSS decreased from 14.90%to 10.45%,10.21%to 6.22%,14.37%to 7.25%,and 10.21%to 9.48%,respectively,with the increase of hydrothermal temperature.The loss rates of SS and VSS were 49.55%and 62.18%,respectively.It showed that the degradation of solid matter in sludge after thermal hydrolysis was mainly for organic matter,a large number of VSS entered into liquid state in this process,and a few of them become VDS.Thermal hydrolysis could greatly promote the decomposition and dissolution of organic matters in sludge,resulting in the reduction of sludge volume and weight,which had an obvious effect on sludge reduction.
