摘  要:热水解是剩余污泥厌氧消化的预处理技术之一,文章研究了不同热水解条件对污泥物理特性的影响。研究结果表明,在120℃~210℃/30 min^75 min条件下,热水解污泥的VSS水解率随着热水解温度升高和热水解时间的延长而呈增加趋势。毛细吸水时间从原始污泥的4816.3 s,下降至210℃处理后的59.1 s,有效提高了污泥的脱水性能;污泥粒径随着热水解温度的升高而减少,相比原始污泥,各温度组热水解后,Dx10降低了33.91%~80.94%,Dx50降低了42.56%~74.88%,Dx90也因热水解的作用而下降。污泥热水解适宜的温度为165℃~180℃,Dx10,Dx50和Dx90分别为4.365μm,15.156μm,60.256μm。Thermal hydrolysis is one of the pretreatment technologies for anaerobic digestion of excess sludge.The effects of different thermal hydrolysis conditions on the physical properties of sludge were studied in this paper.The results showed that,under the condition of 120℃~210℃/30 min^75 min,the VSS decomposition rate of sludge increased with the increase of thermal hydrolysis temperature and time.The capillary water suction time decreased from 4816.3 s of the original sludge to 59.1 s after thermal hydrolysis treatment at 210℃.The dewaterability of the sludge was improved effectively by the thermal hydrolysis.The particle size of sludge decreased with the increase of thermal hydrolysis temperature.Compared with untreated sludge,Dx10 of treated sludge decreased by 33.91%~80.94%,Dx50 decreased by 42.56%~74.88%,Dx90 also decreased due to thermal hydrolysis.The suitable temperature for the thermal hydrolysis of sludge was 165℃~180℃,Dx10,Dx50 and Dx90 were 4.365μm,15.156μm,,60.256μm,respectively.
