摘 要:印染废水具有水量大、污染物含量高、颜色深、碱性强、水质变化明显、成分复杂等特点,属难处理的工业废水。目前,印染废水的处理办法主要有化学法、物化法、生化法以及多种工艺结合法,不同的处理方法对污染物的去除效果差别较大。针对印染废水COD浓度高,含氮等特点,文章采用倒置的厌氧—缺氧—好氧(A^2/O)工艺进行处理,该工艺具有明显的节能和提高脱氮、除磷效果等优点。废水经处理后预期可达到国家《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287-2012)一级排放标准。The printing and dyeing wastewater is characterized by big volume,high content of organic matters,heavy color,high alkalinity,great changes in water quality,composed of complex components,and so on,and is very difficult to be treated.The treatment methods of printing and dyeing wastewater include chemical methods,physicochemical methods,biochemical methods and the combination of several methods,their efficiency of pollutant removal were vary diffirent.In view of high concentration of COD,nitrogen and other characteristics for printing and dyeing wastewater,an inverted anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic(A2/O)process was designed.The inverted A2/O process had advantage of significant energy savings and improving nitrogen,phosphorus removal.After treatment,the wastewater could be expected to meet the national wastewater discharge standard of the"Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry Water Pollutant Discharge Standard"(GB4287-2012)level 1.
