摘 要:采用物理气相沉积法(PVD)在硬质合金刀具上沉积TiAlN涂层。在CA6140A普通车床上用TiAlN涂层刀具对20CrMnMo钢进行干切削试验,分别运用单因素试验方法和正交试验方法获得不同参数条件下的切削力值。运用单因素试验法获得不同参数条件下的刀具磨损形貌,并进行EDS分析。研究结果表明:背吃刀量与进给量的变化对切向力的影响最显著,对径向力影响最不明显;切削速度的增加对三向力变化影响较小,其中切向力变化为先减小、后增大、再减小、最后趋于平稳。TiAlN涂层刀具切削20CrMnMo钢切削力的最优切削参数组合为A3B1C1。背吃刀量和切削速度的增加都对刀具磨损影响较为明显,进给量的增加对刀具磨损影响最小。TiAlN coating is deposited on cemented carbide cutting tools by physical vapor deposition(PVD).The dry cutting test of 20CrMnMo steel is carried out with TiAlN coated tools on CA6140A lathe.Single factor test and orthogonal tests are used to obtain cutting forces under different parameters.The tool wear morphologies under different parameters are obtained by single factor test method.And EDS analysis is carried out in this work.The results show that the changes of feed rate and depth of cut have the most obvious effects on tangential force and the least obvious effects on radial force.The increase of cutting speed has the smaller effect on the changes of three direction forces.The tangential force presents a trend which first decreases,then increases,and then decreases and finally becomes stable.The optimal combinations of cutting parameters for cutting 20CrMnMo steel with TiAlN coated tool are A3B1C1.The increases of depth of cut and cutting speed have obviously influenced on tool wear,while the increase of feed rate has the least influenced on tool wear.
