摘 要:目的探讨维生素A、E水平与孕期子痫前期病情轻重程度的相关性。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年7月该院收治的154例子痫前期患者临床资料,将96例子痫前期患者纳入甲组,58例重度子痫前期患者纳入乙组,另取200例健康孕妇纳入丙组,分析维生素A、E与子痫前期病情轻重程度的相关性。结果乙组、甲组维生素A和维生素E水平低于丙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);维生素A水平与子痫前期病情轻重程度呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05),维生素E水平与子痫前期轻重程度呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05);子痫前期患者维生素A、E水平与低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、三酰甘油(TG)水平呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05),子痫前期患者维生素A、E水平与总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论子痫前期患者维生素A、E水平较低,且维生素A、E水平降低可加重血脂代谢异常,引起子痫前期病情发展。Objective To investigate the correlation between vitamin A and E levels in the severity of preeclampsia during pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 154 patients with preeclampsia admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to July 2019,96 patients with preeclampsia were included in group A,and 58 patients with severe preeclampsia were included in group B,another 200 healthy pregnant women were included in group C.The correlation between vitamin A,E and the severity of preeclampsia were analyzed.Results The levels of vitamin A and vitamin E in group B and group A were lower than those in group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Vitamin A level was negatively correlated with the severity of preeclampsia(r<0,P<0.05),vitamin E level was negatively correlated with the severity of preeclampsia(r<0,P<0.05).Vitamin A and E levels in patients with preeclampsia were negatively correlated with low-density lipoprotein and triacylglycerol(r<0,P<0.05).The levels of vitamin A and E in patients with preeclampsia were positively correlated with total cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of vitamin A and E are lower in patients with preeclampsia,and the reduction of vitamin A and E levels can aggravate abnormal blood lipid metabolism and cause the development of preeclampsia.
