重庆地区女性体检人群高危型人乳头瘤病毒基因亚型分布特征研究

摘　　要：目的研究重庆地区女性体检人群高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染情况,以及各基因亚型分布情况。方法对2062例体检女性用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测高危型HPV DNA。结果2062例体检女性的高危型HPV感染率14.21%(293/2062),其中单一感染、二重感染和多重感染分别占全部感染人数的80.55%(236/293)、16.38%(48/293)和3.07%(9/293)。最常见的基因型别是HPV52(3.20%,66/2062),其次是HPV16(2.09%,43/2062)、HPV58(1.94%,40/2062)、HPV51(1.50%,31/2062)。按不同年龄分组,20~<30岁的高危型HPV感染率最高,为17.89%(51/285),其次是60~<70岁(15.09%,8/53)、50~<60岁(14.68%,48/327)、30~<40岁(13.64%,102/748)。另外,20~<30岁,30~<40岁,40~<50岁及50~<60岁这4个年龄段最常见的HPV感染型别均是HPV52型。结论重庆地区女性体检人群中高危型HPV以单一感染为主,HPV52型别感染最为常见。不同年龄段的高危型HPV阳性率及亚型分布比较差异有统计学意义。Objective To investigate the infection of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)and the distribution of genotypes in women from health checkup in Chongqing.Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR)assay was used to detect the high-risk HPV DNA of 2062 women from health checkup.Results The infection rate of high-risk HPV in 2062 women from health checkup was 14.21%(293/2062).Among them,single infection,double infections and multiple infections accounted for 80.55%(236/293),16.38%(48/293)and 3.07%(9/293)of the total infection people,respectively.The most common genotypes were HPV52(3.20%,66/2062),HPV16(2.09%,43/2062),HPV58(1.94%,40/2062),and HPV51(1.50%,31/2062).Classified by different ages,the prevalence of high-risk HPV was highest between the 20-<30 years old,which the infection rate was 17.89%(51/285).Followed by 60-<70 years old(15.09%,8/53),50-<60 years old(14.68%,48/327),30-<40 years old(13.64%,102/748).In addition,the four age groups 21-<30,31-<40,41-<50 and 51-<60 were the most common HPV52 infections.Conclusion Single type infection is the most common type of high-risk HPV in the women from health checkup in Chongqing,and HPV52 is the most common genotype.There are statistically significant differences in the positive rate and subtype distribution of high-risk HPV in different age groups.
