摘  要:中压开关柜内部若出现短路电弧,将破坏柜体完整,并严重影响中压母线正常运行,是中压母线最常见的故障之一。通过ANSYS软件建立开关柜模型,对比分析不同时刻和位置下燃弧产生的压力效应及热效应。仿真结果表明在5ms内切除内部电弧故障,开关柜的内隔室最大压力下降到0.2MPa,柜壁温度不超过300K。设计了一种原理简单、检测故障时间短、抑制故障电弧动作可靠迅速的保护装置,通过内燃弧试验验证,该弧光保护装置可最大限度地保障弧光产生时工作人员的安全,避免开关设备和变压器的严重损坏。The short-circuit arc inside the medium voltage switchgear is one of the most common faults of the medium voltage bus,which seriously affects the integrity of the cabinet and destroys the normal operation of the medium voltage bus.In this paper,the switch cabinet model is established by ANSYS software,and the pressure effect and thermal effect produced by arcing at different time and position are analyzed and compared.The simulation results show that when the internal arc fault is removed within 5ms,the maximum pressure in the compartment of the switch cabinet decreases to 0.2Mbar and the temperature of the cabinet wall does not exceed 300K.A protection device with simple principle,short fault detection time and reliable and rapid suppression of fault arc action is designed.Through the internal combustion arc test to verify that the device can reduce the possibility of explosion damage of the switch cabinet by extinguishing the fault arc,which can guarantee the safety of the staff nearby when the arc light is generated to the greatest extent,and avoid the serious damage of the switchgear and transformer.
