摘 要:目的:优化鼓槌石斛多糖提取工艺,并测定其含量。方法:通过单因素和正交实验,考察提取时间、料液比和提取次数等影响因素,研究鼓槌石斛最佳的提取工艺参数。参照《中国药典》2015版石斛多糖含量测定,采用硫酸-苯酚显色法,测定药材多糖含量。结果:确定最佳提取工艺为料液比为1∶100,提取时间1.5 h,提取2次,测得鼓槌石斛多糖含量30.65%。结论:该方法稳定、可靠,可作为鼓槌石斛多糖的提取方法。Objective:Optimum extraction process and determination of polysaccharide content of Dendrobiun chrysotoxum. Methods:Extraction time,Material-liquid ratio and extraction times polysaccharide content was determined by single factor investigation and orthogonal experiment. Phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to quantitative determination. Results:The ratio of material to liquid was 1:100,and the extraction time was 1.5 h. The extraction times were 2 times,and the content of polysaccharide in Dendrobiun chrysotoxum was 30.65% under these conditions. Conclusion:It is stable and reliable method that can be used to extract and determine polysaccharides of Dendrobiun chrysotoxum.
