派特灵联合高频电离子治疗男性肛周尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析研究派特灵联合高频电离子治疗男性肛周尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:此次研究对象均为肛周尖锐湿疣男性患者68例,纳入起始时间2017年4月,截止时间2019年5月,以随机数表法分组,分别是对照组34例(开展高频电离子单一方案治疗)和研究组34例(开展派特灵及高频电离子联合治疗),比较两组治疗效果、不良反应改善时间、生活质量改善情况及复发情况。结果:在总体治疗效果的比较上,研究组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后生活质量评分改善幅度较对照组明显突出,差异显著(P<0.05);在不良反应改善时间的对比上,研究组较对照组明显更短,差异显著(P<0.05);在复发率的对比上,研究组较对照组明显更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在高频电离子治疗肛周尖锐湿疣期间辅助应用派特灵,可促使治疗效果得到优化,不良反应改善效果更为明显,且促使复发率有效降低,生活质量明显提升,具有推广价值。Objective:To investigate the effects of paiteling combined with high frequency electric ion on male perianal condyloma acuminatum.Method:There were 68 male perianal condyloma acuminatum patients included.The period was from April 2017 to May 2019.68 cases of CA were divided into treatment group(treated by paiteling combined with high frequency electric ion)and control group(only treated by high frequency electric ion)with random number table.We compared therapeutic effect,the improvement time of adverse symptoms,the improvement of quality of life and relapse between the two groups.Result:The efficiency was better in treatment group than control group,and the difference was significant.the improvement range of the quality of life score was better in treatment group than control group,and the difference was significant.the improvement time of adverse symptoms was shorter in treatment group than control group,and the difference was significant.The relapse was lower in treatment group than control group,and the difference was significant.Conclusion:For CA,paiteling combined with high frequency electric ion could optimize the efficiency,improve quality of life,and avoid recurrence.It has generalizable value.
