某院手足外科药品使用情况阶段性分析

摘　　要：目的:为促进某院手足外科合理用药,提高医疗质量,减轻经济负担,分析掌握某院手足外科2018年第一季度用药现状和趋势[1],为下一阶段合理控制科室药占比,以及规范合理用药提供方法以及数据支持。方法:通过某院信息管理系统药品统计功能集成平台,收集某院手足外科2018年第一季度药品使用金额排名前10位的药品名称、规格、用药金额等数据进行统计分析,并对其使用合理性进行评价。结果:某院2018年第一季度药品销售金额排序前10位的药品排列顺序为:注射用五水头孢唑林1.0 g、疏血通注射液2 mL×10支、杏芎氯化钠注射液、注射用五水头孢唑林0.5 g、鹿瓜多肽注射液2 mL∶4 mg、复方氨基注射液20AA、注射用亚胺培南+西司他丁、湿润烧伤膏、中/长链脂肪乳以及曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液。前十名中有九个品种为注射液,注射液占比达90%。结论:某院作为一所三级综合性医院,2018年第一季度辅助类药品用药结构相对合理,但临床科室仍存在无指征使用及超说明书用药现象,提示应当进行适当监管,促进辅助类药物临床安全、有效、经济使用[2]。Objective:In order to promote the rational use of drugs in hand-foot surgery,improve the quality of medical care and reduce the financial burden of patients,to analyze and grasp the current situation and trend of drug use in hand-foot surgery in the first quarter of2018,and to control the proportion of drugs in hand-foot surgery department reasonably in the next stage,the method and data support of rational drug use in the department are standardized.Methods:The data of the top 10 drugs names,specifications and drug consumption amount in the first quarter of 2018 in the hand-foot Surgery Department of a hospital were collected and analyzed by the integrated platform of drug statistics function of the information management system of a hospital,and the rationality of its use was analyzed and evaluated.Results:the Top 10 drugs in the first quarter were CEFAZOLIN for injection 1.0 g,Shuxuetong injection 2 mL×10 sticks,Xingxiong Sodium chloride injection 0.5 g,LUGUA POLYPEPTIDE INJECTION 2 mL∶4 mg,compound Amino injection 20 AA,IMIPENEM+Cilastatin for injection,mebo burn cream,medium/long chain fat emulsion and Troxerutin hydrolysate injection.Nine of the top 10 were injectable,with 90 per cent of injections.Conclusion:As a third-level General Hospital,the structure of auxiliary drugs in the third quarter was relatively reasonable,but there were still some phenomena of using drugs without indication and using drugs with ultra-instructions in the clinical department,which suggested that the medical unit should carry out proper supervision,to promote the clinical safety,effectiveness and economic use of auxiliary drugs.
