摘　　要：目的:探讨经验性抗真菌治疗策略,促进临床合理用药。方法:通过参与一例复杂性腹腔感染诊疗过程,分析选用伏立康唑行经验性抗真菌治疗适宜性。结果:初始治疗选用比阿培南联合替考拉宁配合手术治疗,后应用伏立康唑行经验性抗真菌治疗,经12 d的治疗情况基本好转,治疗较为合理有效。结论:及时准确的诊断、抗真菌药物正确的选择和合理的应用都是经验性抗真菌治疗的关键所在。Objective:To explore empirical antifungal treatment strategies and promote rational drug use in the clinic.Methods:By participating in the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with complex abdominal infection,the suitability of empirical antifungal treatment with voriconazole was analyzed.Results:The initial treatment of the patient was biapenem combined with teicoplanin combined with surgery,and then voriconazole was used for empirical antifungal treatment.After 12 days of treatment,the patient’s condition was basically improved,and the treatment was reasonable and effective.Conclusion:Timely and accurate diagnosis,correct selection of antifungal drugs,and reasonable application are all the keys to empirical antifungal therapy.
