摘  要:为提高印制电路板(PCB)在选择性波峰焊接时的焊接质量,文中根据流体的运动规律,通过计算单点波峰发生器腔体内部主要区域液态焊锡的雷诺数,分析液态焊锡在波峰发生器腔体内部的流动状态。结果表明:单点波峰发生器所产生的平稳点状波峰消除了PCB在焊接时的焊接缺陷,且电磁驱动的点状波峰喷流状态由其内部焊料的流动状态所决定。液态焊锡在上述区域的雷诺数均小于临界雷诺数,流动处于层流状态,对单点波峰发生器的设计和制作有重大参考价值。In order to improve the welding quality of printed circuit board(PCB)during selective wave soldering,the flow state of liquid solder in the cavity of the wave crest generator is analyzed by calculating the Reynolds number of liquid solder in the main area of the cavity of the single point wave crest generator.It is concluded that the stable spot-shaped wave crest generated by single point wave crest generator eliminates the welding defects during soldering PCB.The electromagnetic driven spot-shaped wave crest jet state is determined by the flow state of its internal solder.The Reynolds number of liquid solder in the above region is less than the critical Reynolds number and the flow is in laminar flow state.This conclusion is of great reference value to the design and manufacture of single point wave generator.
