生态文明视域下美丽陕西建设水平时空测度

摘　　要：为测度美丽陕西建设水平,以生态文明视域,从生态-经济-社会复合系统切入,构建美丽陕西综合评价指标体系及三维垂直评价模型,研究结果表明:美丽陕西建设水平在时序上整体呈波动式上升趋势;空间格局水平由高到低排序为关中(西安市)>陕南(汉中市)>陕北(榆林市),形成关中(西安市)领跑式、陕南(汉中市)突破式和陕北(榆林市)跨越式,以关中为同心圆向南北辐射式环向发展格局,依据评价结果,提出美丽陕西均衡绿色环保生态可持续发展路径。A comprehensive evaluation index system and a three-dimensional vertical evaluation model for measuring the construction level of Beautiful Shaanxi were constructed from the perspective of ecological civilization and on the basis of the complex system of ecology-economy-society.Chronologically,the construction level of Beautiful Shaanxi shows an overall undulating upward trend,and the spatial pattern of Beautiful Shaanxi shows the construction levels of different regions in the whole province,with Guanzhong(Xi’an)taking the lead,Southern Shaanxi(Hanzhong)making a breakthrough and Northern Shaanxi(Yulin)leaping forward.Based on the results,the paper puts forward the path of the balanced,green,and sustainable development of Beautiful Shaanxi.
