摘　　要：结合国内外纵向变厚度钢板(LP钢板)生产应用及轧制理论研究,从钢板特性和轧制原理对轧制过程参数进行分析,并与常规轧制参数对比。在首秦4300 mm宽厚板轧机试轧LP钢板后,对其进行组织、性能和尺寸检测。结果显示:尺寸达到设定要求,金相组织以铁素体+珠光体为主,并随着厚度的变化产生差异,在薄端有贝氏体类组织产生,性能满足Q345C钢标准要求,表明首钢具备了LP钢板的开发和生产能力。Based on the research of production application and rolling theory for longitudinally profiled steel plate both at home and abroad,the rolling procedure parameters are analysed from steel plate characteristics and rolling principle,and compared with those of general rolling.After trial rolling of LP plate by 4300 mm plate mill in Shouqin,microstructure,properties and dimension of the steel plate are tested.The results show that dimension satisfies the requirements,the micosttructure mainly consists of ferrite and pearlite and varies with the plate thickness changes,bainite type structure forms at the thinner part of the plate,the mechanical properties meet the requirements of Q345C steel grade standard,which proves that Shouqin is capable of LP steel plate development and production.
