摘  要:目的:比较目前常用的二种类型四种结构共六种一次性使用氧气湿化装置的湿化效果。方法:控制3L/min、6L/min、10L/min三种流量,在一次性使用氧气湿化装置的鼻氧管出气口处用电子温湿度计测定输出氧气的相对湿度,同时在离湿化装置1米处耳听气泡声音。结果:各种湿化装置的湿化效果均随流量增大而下降;入水湿化效果优于表面湿化效果;在实验流量下,4种入水湿化型的氧气相对湿度均在50%以上;在10L/min流量时,入水湿化气泡声随着滤芯的增大而减弱。结论:入水湿化型中滤膜滤芯及PE大滤芯结构湿化效果好且声音轻微。Objective:To compare the humidification effect of the two types and four structures,with a total of six disposable oxygen humidification devices commonly used at present.Methods:With 3L/min,6L/min,10L/min of three flow modes,at the nasal oxygen tube outlet of the disposable oxygen humidification device the relative humidity of the output oxygen was determined by the electronic temperature and humidity meter,while the sound of bubbles was listened via ear at 1 meter away from the humidification device.Results:The humidification effect of various humidification devices decreased with the increase of flow;the humidification effect in water was better than humidification effect on the surface;the relative oxygen humidification of the four types of water-wetting type was above 50%at the experimental flow rate;and bubble sound of humidification in water decreased with the increase of the filter element at 10L/min flow.Conclusion:The humidification effect with the structure of water humidification type medium filter element and PE large filter element is best and the sound is slightest,which is worth promoting.
