摘　　要：目的:探讨手术器械包优化整合在手术器械管理中的效果。方法:通过统计2017年7月~2018年6月手术共8270例,使用器械包共计14570包;2018年7月器械包进行优化整合,将传统器械包与专科加仪包9种类型,优化为5种类型的专科器械包,对器械种类、件数、成本、时间、重量等进行了优化前后的对比。结果:通过器械优化整合,包内器械件数、配置器械成本、再生处理时间、再生处理费用等明显低于优化前,差异有统计学意义,(统计值为14.005、-3.023、8.281、9.341、-4.032,P<0.05);优化后供应室护士满意度高于优化前,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.631,P<0.05)。结论:对器械包进行优化和整合,提高了工作效率和手术医师、护士、供应室员工的满意度,降低工作强度,避免器械堆积过期风险,减少医院感染率,减少处理器械废水的排放。Objective:To explore the application effect of optimization and integration of surgical instrument set based on big data in surgical instrument management.Methods:From July 2017 to June 2018,a total of 8270 surgeries were performed,and a total of 14,570 devices were used.In July 2018,the equipment set was optimized and integrated,and 9 types of traditional equipment set and specialized equipment set were optimized into 5 types of specialized equipment set.The types,number,cost,time and weight of the equipment were compared before and after optimization.Results:Through the optimization and integration of the devices,the number of devices in the device package after the optimization and integration,the cost of configured devices,the regenerative treatment time and the regenerative treatment costs were significantly lower than those before the optimization,with statistically significant differences(The statistical values were 14.005,-3.023,8.281,9.341,-4.032,P<0.05).Optimized equipment processing nurse satisfaction is higher than before optimization,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.631,P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimization and integration of the device set has improved the work efficiency and the satisfaction of surgeons,nurses and supply room staff,reduced the work intensity,avoided the risk of device accumulation and expiration,reduced the hospital infection rate,and reduced the discharge of device waste water,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
