摘　　要：目的:探究糖尿病治疗仪对糖尿病周围神经病变患者Hcy及Hs-CRP变化的影响。方法:选取于本社区卫生服务中心治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变患者46例,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为两组,各23例,两组患者均接受糖尿病基础治疗,对照组采用维生素B1和甲钴胺治疗,在对照组基础上,观察组采用糖尿病治疗仪治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果和Hcy及Hs-CRP变化。结果:治疗前,两组Hcy和Hs-CRP水平对比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组治疗总有效率低于观察组(P<0.05);对照组Hcy和Hs-CRP水平均高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病治疗仪可有效改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状,降低Hcy和Hs-CRP水平,效果良好,值得应用。objective:to investigate the effect of diabetes treatment instrument on Hcy and Hs-CRP in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.methods:community health service center in the treatment of 46 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,according to the different methods of treatment will be divided into two groups,all the 23 cases,two groups of patients were treated with diabetes foundation,the control group treated with vitamin B1 and a cobalt amine,on the basis of control group,observation group with diabetes therapeutic treatment,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and Hcy and Hs-CRP changes.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Hcy and Hs-CRP levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The Hcy and Hs-CRP levels of the control group were higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diabetes treatment instrument can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and reduce the levels of Hcy and Hs-CRP.
