改良Proseal喉罩控制通气在无痛电子支气管镜检查中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探析改良Proseal喉罩控制通气方式在无痛电子支气管镜检查中的应用价值。方法:在本院2018年4月~2019年7月诊治的患者中选出200例为对象,均行无痛电子支气管镜检查,随机分组:对照组采用普通喉罩控制通气,观察组采用改良Proseal喉罩控制通气,对比两组的并发症发生率等。结果:观察组患者的喉罩插入时间与对照组比较差异不明显,P>0.05;观察组的喉罩通气优良率99.0%高于对照组的优良率90.0%,且并发症发生率2.0%低于对照组并发症发生率9.0%,P<0.05;观察组的气道密封压高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:改良Proseal喉罩控制通气在无痛电子支气管镜检查中应用能取得满意的通气效果,保证气道密封性,减少并发症发生。Objective:To explore the application value of the improved Proseal laryngeal mask controlled ventilation method in painless electronic bronchoscopy.Methods:200 cases were selected from the patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2018 to July 2019.All of them underwent painless electronic bronchoscopy.Randomized grouping:the control group used ordinary laryngeal mask to control ventilation,and the observation group used modified Proseal laryngeal mask controlled ventilation,and compared the complication rate of the two groups.esults:There was no significant difference in the insertion time of the laryngeal mask between the observation group and the control group,P>0.05;the excellent and good rate of laryngeal mask ventilation in the observation group was 99.0%higher than that of the control group,90.0%,and the complication rate was 2.0%low The complication rate in the control group was 9.0%,P<0.05;the airway sealing pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of modified Proseal laryngeal mask controlled ventilation in painless electronic bronchoscopy can achieve satisfactory ventilation effect,ensure airway tightness and reduce complications.
