摘  要:目的:研究联合治疗(胰岛素泵+微量泵)对糖尿病酮症酸中毒的临床治疗效果。方法:研究时段2018年3月~2019年3月,本院糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者(n=70)作为研究对象,按治疗方式分类:对照组(n=35,采用胰岛素微量泵治疗),观察组(n=35,采用对照组+胰岛素泵),对比两组的临床治疗指标和治疗效果。结果:观察组的血糖达标、血酮转阴、住院时间及维持胰岛素量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);低血糖发生率观察组显著低于对照组(2.86%VS17.15%),P<0.05;治疗总有效率观察组显著高于对照组(91.43%VS71.43%)结论:糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者采用胰岛素泵与微量泵联合治疗取得了较好的效果,缩短患者的治疗时间,降低胰岛素持续量,提高治疗效果,值得在临床上应用、推广。Objective:To study the clinical effect of combined therapy(insulin pump+micro pump)on diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods:The study period was from March 2018 to March 2019.Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis(n=70)in our hospital were the research subjects,classified according to the treatment method:control group(n=35,treated with insulin micropump),observation group(n=35,using control group+insulin pump),compare the clinical treatment indicators and treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The observation group’s blood glucose standard,blood ketones turned negative,hospitalization time and maintaining insulin levels were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(2.86%VS17.15%),P<0.05;The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(91.43%VS71.43%).Conclusion:The combined treatment of insulin pump and micropump for diabetic ketoacidosis has achieved good results,shortening the treatment time of patients,reducing the continuous amount of insulin,and improving the treatment effect.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
