无创呼吸机在心衰并呼吸衰竭患者治疗中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:对于心衰并呼吸衰竭患者治疗过程中,无创呼吸机的作用以及治疗效果作出评价。方法:将本院在2018年1月~2019年1月收治的62例心衰并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各31例患者。其中对照组采用常规治疗手段,观察组采用无创呼吸机治疗手段。结果:治疗后观察组患者的二氧化碳分压明显低于对照组,氧分压与血氧饱和度明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的SGPQ评分差异明显,观察组的评分偏高;且观察组的并发症发生率仅为6.45%,明显低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机作用明显,可有效改善各项指标,也具备较强的安全性。Objective:To evaluate the effect of non-invasive ventilator and its therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with heart failure and respiratory failure.Methods:A total of 62 patients with heart failure and respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from 2018 to 2019 were selected as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 31 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the observation group was treated with non-invasive ventilator.Results:After treatment,the carbon dioxide partial pressure of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the oxygen partial pressure and blood oxygen saturation were significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).SGPQ scores of patients in the two groups were significantly different,while those in the observation group were higher.The complication rate in the observation group was only 6.45%,significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive ventilator has obvious effects,can effectively improve the indicators,but also has a strong safety.
