摘　　要：目的:探究密闭式静脉留置针在骨科患者中的应用效果。方法:选取的实验对象为本院骨科进行静脉输液、输血治疗的患者,选取例数合计100例,选取的时间范围为2018年7月~2019年9月,将所选实验对象按照随机数字表法进行分组,可分为对照组和观察组,每组患者各50例,对照组患者使用常规静脉输液针进行输液、输血治疗,观察组患者则使用密闭式静脉留置针进行静脉输液、输血治疗,对比两组患者的一次穿刺成功率和并发症发生率等指标。结果:观察组患者的一次穿刺成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对比两组患者并发症的发生率,观察组亦较低(P<0.05)。结论:对骨科患者使用密闭式静脉留置针,可有效保持患者舒畅安全的输液或输血过程,提高患者的一次穿刺成功率,减轻患者痛苦,同时亦可降低患者并发症的发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of closed intravenous indwelling needles in orthopedic patients.Methods:The selected subjects were treated with intravenous infusion and blood transfusion in the orthopedic department of the hospital.The total number of selected cases was 100.The selected time range was from July 2018 to September 2019.The selected subjects were randomly selected.The method was divided into control group and observation group,each group of 50 patients,the control group patients used conventional intravenous infusion needle for infusion and blood transfusion treatment,and the observation group patients used closed intravenous indwelling needle for intravenous infusion and blood transfusion treatment.Compare the scores of one puncture success rate and complication rate between the two groups.Results:The success rate of one puncture was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the two groups was also lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of closed venous indwelling needles for orthopedic patients can effectively maintain the patient’s comfortable and safe infusion or blood transfusion process,improve the patient’s success rate of one puncture,reduce the pain of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
