摘　　要：目的:研讨B超引导下可视人工流产术的应用价值,对引发的并发症进行分析。方法:以本院2017年12月~2019年7月收诊的260例人工流产女性为研究对象,随机均分为两组,对照组采取传统人工流产术,研究组接受B超引导下可视人工流产术,比较分析两组患者的手术时长、失血量及并发症发生率。结果:实验对比了传统的人工流产术和B超引导下可视人工流产术的两组患者情况,对比结果无显著性差异(P>0.05);同时,实验也对两组患者的手术时长和出血量进行了对比,发现实施B超引导下可视人工流产术操作的研究组手术时长和失血量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组和对照组的术后并发症发生率进行对比,发现研究组的发生率更低,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:B超引导下可视人工流产术能显著降低人流手术中的手术时长、失血量及并发症发生率,降低对患者身心的伤害,是较为方便快捷的手术方式。Objective:To study the application value of visual artificial abortion guided by B-ultrasound,and analyze the complications caused.Methods:260 women with induced abortion admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to July 2019 were taken as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional abortion and the study group received B-mode ultrasound guidance.In artificial abortion,the operation time,blood loss and complication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The experiment compared the conditions of the two groups of patients undergoing traditional artificial abortion and B-ultrasound guided visual abortion.There was no significant difference in the comparison results(P>0.05).At the same time,the experiment also compared the operation time of the two groups of patients.The blood loss was compared,and it was found that the operation time and blood loss of the study group under the guidance of B-ultrasound guided visual abortion were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative complications rate of the study group and the control group By comparison,it was found that the incidence of the study group was lower and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Visual artificial abortion guided by B-ultrasound can significantly reduce the operation time,blood loss and complication rate in abortion surgery,and reduce the physical and mental harm to the patient,which is a more convenient and quick operation method.
