摘　　要：目的:探讨肌肉骨骼超声对血清阴性类风湿关节炎与骨关节炎的鉴别诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2016年2月~2019年2月本院收治的60例关节炎患者的临床资料,依据疾病类型不同分为A组(骨关节炎,30例)与B组(血清阴性类风湿关节炎,30例)。两组患者均给予肌肉骨骼超声检查,对比两组患者关节积液、滑膜厚度情况,同时比较血流分级差异性。结果:B组患者关节积液检出率高于A组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者滑膜厚度高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者血流分级高于A组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌肉骨骼超声对于血清阴性类风湿关节炎与骨关节炎具有较高鉴别与诊断价值,患者容易接受,值得在临床应用。Objective:To explore the value of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of seronegative rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with arthritis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the type of disease,they were divided into group A(osteoarthritis,30 cases)and group B(seronegative type).Rheumatoid arthritis,30 cases.Both groups of patients were given musculoskeletal ultrasound examination to compare the joint effusion and synovial thickness of the two groups,and compare the differences in blood flow classification.Results:The detection rate of joint effusion in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the thickness of synovial membrane in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The blood flow classification of group B patients was higher than that of group A patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Musculoskeletal ultrasound has high differential and diagnostic value for seronegative rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.It is easy to accept by patients and is worthy of clinical application.
