手术室复用医疗器械清洗包装质量管理的方法分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室复用医疗器械清洗包装质量管理的方法与效果。方法:手术室复用医疗器械清洗包装高质量控制模式实施后(2018年7月~2019年12月)抽检手术室复用医疗器械包作为观察组,另在该模式实施前(2017年1月~2018年6月)抽检手术室复用医疗器械包作为对照组,每组各120例。对照组常规质管,观察组增加高质量控制模式,对比两组器械清洗、包装合格情况。结果:观察组包布清洁合格率(100.00%)、包布完好率(100.00%)、器械清洗(99.16%)、器械性能合格率(100.00%)和总合格率(99.16%)均显著高于对照组(97.50%、98.33%、97.50%、97.50%、90.83%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室复用医疗器械清洗包装工作中实施高质量控制模式,可有效提升清洗包装质量水平,并促进合格率提升,有助于院内感染的防控,质量管理水平提升显著。Objective:To explore the methods and effects of quality management of cleaning and packaging of reused medical equipment in the operating room.Methods:After the implementation of the high-quality control mode for the cleaning and packaging of medical equipment in the operating room(July 2018~December 2019),the operating room reuse medical device package was sampled as an observation group,and before the implementation of the mode(January 2017~June 2018)the sampling operation room reused medical device packs served as the control group,with 120 cases in each group.The control group had conventional QC,and the observation group was added with a high-quality control mode,and the cleaning and packaging of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the pass rate(100.00%),the intact rate(100.00%),the cleaning(99.16%),the pass rate(100.00%),and the total pass rate(99.16%)of the cloth were significantly higher than those of the control group(97.50%,98.33%,97.50%,97.50%,90.83%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of a high-quality control mode in the cleaning and packaging of reused medical devices in the operating room can effectively improve the quality level of cleaning and packaging,and promote the improvement of the pass rate,which is helpful to the prevention and control of nosocomial infections and the quality management level has been significantly improved.
